文化財の修復から現代の繍作品、エルメス本店ディスプレイの刺繍製作も手がけた京繍作家・長艸敏明による工房。あらゆる刺繍の仕事の中でも、豪華さを極めるのが、総刺繍の能装束。パリでの作品展でも絶賛された「繚乱」（りょうらん）は、撚らない平糸の重なりで厚みのある花弁を描き、満開の桜が圧倒的な迫力。This is the studio of Toshiaki Nagakusa, a Kyo Nui artist whose previous work includes repairing cultural properties, creating modern embroidery and producing embroidery items for display at the Hermes flagship store. Particularly luxurious examples of his work are seen in his full-embroidery costumes. A work known as Ryoran, which has an overwhelming presence, with petals that show depth through the use of layered filoselle, was highly praised at an exhibition in Paris.
